Nevertheless, we have listened to many great voices in F1.
5. Martin Brundle
“There are four compounds [of tyre] through the year: hard, medium, soft and supersoft; that’s silver, white, yellow and red – not a very sensible progression. I think you’ve gotta think of it as knife, toast, butter and jam as they get softer through the progression of the rubber.” - MB
The only reason I listen to Brundle is because he's still active doing his job.
4. James Hunt
Awesomeness.
3. John Watson
I always think that he is Ben Edwards's best friend. I found Jeremy Shaw sometimes sounded a lot like John, tho.
2. Murray Walker
Self-explanatory.
1. Ben Edwards
Ben at His Best!
Energetic and insightful. When he's doing CART races on Eurosport, he did everything better than James Allen. As you guys might know already, many of Ben's work in official F1 season review DVDs are very disappointing, but I know it's not his fault.
THE TRUE WINNER: Clive James
